Sometimes (not often), UPS damages a product in transit and I always feel so bad when that happens even though it isnt my fault..
Recently a curtain arrived damaged to my customer (we think it might have been run over by a UPS truck!) and it was a surprise birthday present for his daughter *sigh*...I apologized a bazillion times, i sent a replacement right away and I also sent his daughter a birthday present from me :)

I saw a display at a store up here and they had these (crystals) hanging from the ceiling, and I think it would look SO COOL above my whirlpool bath in my ensuite, so I asked where they were in the store and they said they were from the summer and sold out. Apparently it is not humanly possible to take the display down for me to buy either, and for some reason it appears you cant buy plastic raindrops anywhere in the world except at your store... so....
If I dont have these fake rain drops I will most likely die... So I am glad I found them here! Now I will await your shipping quote, which I am sure will be more than these things even cost, because thats what always happens when stuff gets shipped here!

International Orders: It's been taking 2-3 weeks for shipments to arrive to Canada, Australia, and the UK (this includes their travels through customs).. Every International customer receives a tracking number once the order is shipped, when you see that it has "cleared" customs (not when it first enters).. it will take appx 7 business days to arrive on your doorstep from that date. My new Steampunk Thomas Edision Light Bulbs are so wonderful! You're not supposed to use any kind of lampshade with these, just screw them in and you'll have a wonderful steampunk - industrial look! They come in 8 different styles (i've listed 4 so far).. look for more next week :)

The goods arrived today (10' Diamond Cut Clear Beaded Curtains) and they are gorgeous. They were packed with much thought and consideration and I thank you for that.
They are absolutely lovely and look fabulous where I hung them. I had to cut off lengths at the bottom (which I already knew) and I've made a chandelier with the left over lengths and it looks fantastic hanging over the dining room table.
I will definitely be ordering again soon. It's such a cost effective way to introduce elegance, sophistication and even a bit of fun into any space.

I'm finished shipping orders for the day but I need to spend the next few hours taking pics of some new things! It shouldnt take hours but if you only knew how many times i thought i was done, just to find out that my dogs face or my kittens tails were in the shot.....my animals are very needy and constantly surround me with their furry bodies.
There's a fire close to my house... I love the smell of burning wood... I just wish I knew where the fire was..

One of my clients wanted to know if I could cut the rods to fit his area before i shipped them... Unfortunately, no. and I explained to him that I shouldnt be allowed around knives. (so everyone has to do their own butchering of the rods if they're too long). and besides if you mess up, you cant blame me and i like leading a stress-free life with the least amount of responsibility.
I have around 75 more emails to answer and tons of orders so let me get back to work on those things and then i'll add a few new items this evening :)

I should be able to ship out about 30 orders before UPS gets here and gives my doggie his daily treat, and picks up my packages!

The Silver Metal Linking Panels are one of my favorite things! I thought I'd show you that these are not just your ordinary room dividers! The unique linking design lets you be as creative as you like and this photo shows just one of the many designs you can create with them.... Multiple sets were used to create this look... just link them into a half square (or full square!) and hang them from the ceiling... hang some pretty twine or even a chandelier in front and you have a very gorgeous look.
